Marge and I were fortunate to have our families at our wedding. My mom and dad, plus brother and sister-in-law, flew in for the festivities. They stayed for a couple of weeks, enjoying getting to know the Binghams and seeing the sights of Cape Town. We were also grateful to have Margie's mother, Kathy, with us, though she was in a wheelchair. We missed Marge's daddy, Peter, a great deal, as he passed away some years ago. His influence was felt throughout. And the participation of the large extended Bingham clan reminded us him often.
